You may not want or need to be physically within a traditional office space, however, our Virtual Office Packages offer the use of a prestigious Huddersfield business address and additional registered office address at a fraction of the cost of an office and is ideal for start-ups, home workers, launching new business locations and non-desk-based businesses.
For £27.50 per month (+vat), our Virtual Office Post package offers the advantages of:

the flexibility to amend your package with just 1 month’s notice
We also offer a Registered Address service which can be taken in addition to the Virtual Office Post package at £33.00 (+vat) per annum should you wish to have The Media Centre as the registered address for your limited business
Pay annually for your Virtual Office Post package and reduce your costs!
If you know you are going to need your package for a minimum of 12 months you can choose to pay annually (12 months in advance) for your Virtual Office Post package at £300 (+vat) per annum
Your package would be for a fixed term of 12 months and would auto-renew annually.

How to set up a Virtual Office package:
If you would like to set up a Virtual Office package, you can do this by completing in full the Virtual Office Application Pack and submitting this to us at reception along with the 2 documents of ID as detailed within the information included in the pack and by making a deposit payment of 2 months service charge (+VAT) for your chosen service.
You can apply online using the button at the top of this page, print, complete and submit a paper application (see the button below to download a printable form) or collect a paper application pack from us at our reception.
Set up generally takes up to 2 working days from receipt of the fully completed application form with all supporting documents
Please note: when submitting your application;
The 2 documents of identification can only be submitted by email IF they are certified.
If the 2 documents of ID are being submitted at reception, they must be submitted by the person they are for. If the documents are being presented on the behalf of a person who is not present, they must be certified
The direct debit mandate must be submitted as an original copy with a wet signature. This document cannot be emailed.
Acceptance of all applications is subject to satisfactory checks (including financial).
