Please be aware that from 22nd April to 30th November 2026, road closures and diversions will be in place in the town centre area close to The Media Centre
This will mean that The Media Centre on Northumberland Street (HD1 1RL) may only be accessed via: Lord Street or John William Street (from Viaduct Street or Fitzwilliam Street only).
Your GPS devices should be aware of these works and diversions and should advise the best routes for access; however, for images displaying access routes, please click here.
